I've been a patient at dental office of DDS. ,Mouhannad Almajdalani, for many years. I started with numerous shaky-breaky teeth, but  Dr. Almajdalani, Dr. Tesic and other DD'S, have been able to repair, preserve my shay-breaky permanent teeth and smile within my financial budget.  As of now, I've been prescribed dental treatment that needs to be done to keep me physically healthy and not eating soft foods the rest of my life.  I've never trusted a dentist but Dr. M. Almajdalani , along with his colleagues and staff.  The general manager (Mohammad) and his office assistant have scheduled appointments around my hectic work schedule for routine and a much need tooth implant treatment. Messr. Mohammad and his office assistant explained the implant procedure and finance options thru CareCredit. Without a doubt Dr. Mouhannad Almajadalani and his team are the best!

Nice office! Modern, Clean high technological. Stuff is nice and helpful. Dr Mouhannad Almajdalani took his time to explained me all my problems. It was a first time for my children and I in this office and we all love it!

No pain! No pain!Going to the dentist is like doing your taxes.  You know you have to do it, but don't look forward to doing it.  There's other comparisons I can make... somewhere along the lines of pulling teeth, but since this is one of my favorite dentists, that comparison would not be fitting.I typically leave a dentist office with an imprint of my hands embedded into the dentist chair.  The experience of grinding and high pitch drilling never really leaves you.But this office is more like a dental spa.  The reception was friendly and welcoming.  I went on Friday for my regular cleaning and checkup.  Dr. Tesic and her assistant did a fine job with not so much as a wince from me.

My dentist is awesome. I came in last wed, day before Thanksgiving, and they were super patient, gentle, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend it.

I've been coming to Dr. Al-Majdalani since forever!!! For over 10 years, they've treated me like family. The work that Dr. Al-Majdalani and his staff has always been great! Before I started coming to his dental office, I was super afraid to see any dentist. But after having all these issues, I had no choice. I am so glad that a friend recommended Dr. Al-Majdalani. Every issue had have ever had in my adult life has been taken care of by Dr. Al-Majdalani and his wonderful staff!

This dentist is great! They are my favorite and I have been taking care of my teeth here for many years. He is my familys dentist and we are very happy with the service!

I love Dr. Almajdalani and staff,  I would give him 10 stars if I could!! I have been going to him over 14 years and he is the nicest, most honest and caring dentist that I have ever been to. He will never over-charge you or tell you that you need services that are unnecessary. He is so skilled and gentle that I've fallen asleep while he was cleaning my teeth...lol. I highly recommend him to anyone, whether you have insurance or not, he will work with you. He has a very flexible schedule and is always available. There is even 2 location. First appt with Dr. Almajdalani was excellent! The staff was very helpful getting me set-up and explaining how the office works, and the Dr. spent time with an initial discussion of my oral health and cosmetic goals, as well as answering my questions. Then I had a quick and painless cleaning and polishing and was out the door within 1 hr. Agree with reviews that the office itself is very nice too.

So far I've had a great experience with this dental office and dentists and all the employees!I had 2 root canals done by Dr. Mouhannad and he was super informative and made it so quick and easy and painless figuratively and literally :) even when he was doing the procedure he was saying things that made me laugh sorta..so it was my first entertaining root canal lol The rest of the staff are very sweet, there was 2 girl assistants and 2 guys, i only remember Rayneer's name because I chatted with him more. But all are very pleasant to interact with and I LOVE that they all explain what they are doing and why. Because I'm always curious plus its just good to know what the hell they are doing in my mouth and what i'm paying for! My appointments so far have all started pretty much on time, give or take 5-10mins. I've nver had an issue with parking. The only negatives I have would be that their scheulde is so booked any appointment to be made is at least 1 month out. I need work done asap and one 1 visit a month is sucky.

Ok people.  I have been going to this guy for years.  I have been in a number of really nice dental offices. If you are looking for a posh spa of an office this is not it.  It is always cleaned and well kept though.  If you are looking for a dentist to coddle your feelings, this is not the place, but when it comes to technical skill and knowledge Dr. Almajdalani is right up there with the best of them.  He is great at the really difficult procedures.  I like that he is very matter of fact.  About the scheduling so I have been in five consecutive weeks.  There has only been one week when they were running behind schedule, approximately 30 minutes.  Typically, they get me in 10 minutes early.  I have two crowns, an implant, and four more cavities to fill.  I will let you know how wonderful it is.

I am a dental technician by trade and have been in numerous offices to have work done or to work with.I was referred to Dr. Almajdalani by another friend working in the industry and since then I never looked for another doctor.Anybody can do a decent decent cleaning, or pull a tooth. But when it comes down to implants and crowns Dr. Almajdalani proved himself to be a"pro"!Satisfaction is guaranteed when you seat in his chair!

WOW! This team is the best, so professional, honest and they work well with insurance companies. They provide a comprehensive plan of action as well as options.

Im really surprised by the negatives review on here Dr.Nad is a good dentist. I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled last  year and i felt no pain before or after. It was fairly quickly!All the staff is very friendly and attentive. They always give you full attention when they see you. I was very satisfied.

I went twice and I think they did a great job.  The people were very friendly and organized so I did not have to wait long.  I kind of need braces but because I'm in my 30's I asked if I could just get a retainer since my teeth are fine now but are shifting a little.  She said I was pretty much hitting a brick wall with that but that she would refer me to an ortho who might be kind enough to do that.  I liked how she was understanding of the situation.  The place was clean and organized.  No complaints.

I was hesitant to go to this office because of the mixed reviews but they were WONDERFUL! Everyone in the office was so friendly and gentle. No wait time to get in the chair and they cleaned my teeth on the same day as my consultation. My teeth are pretty bad and Dr. Almajdalani was so sweet about it, giving recommendations and be extra sensitive during the cleaning. I also needed a referral for an oral surgeon and they helped me get into a doctor right away and even worked with the insurance company for me.Yes, the office is small so it may happen that you have to wait or they cannot accomodate you right away. But the kind staff makes up for it! They made a usually horible dentist experience not that bad!

I have been a patient of Dr. Almajdalani for almost 6 years now.  I love him and his entire staff.  Have never had a bad experience.  Always satisfied.  I usually have to get in on a lunch hour or late afternoon and they always accommodate.  Yes, sometimes they run late, but they always give you their full attention when they see you.  Would never consider changing dentists.

I love this dentist! I've been a patient for a year now, they are super clean,(important!)  it's a small place but super modern and relaxing. I love the attention they give you, its not like western dental that provides crappy ass service. They answer all the questions you have about insurance, they are easy to communicate with. Staff is also friendly!

This place is amazing!Ok, yes, the wait is annoying. They're opened on Tuesdays and Fridays only, so it takes a while to get stuff done. But my previous three dentists made me realize that good dentists are hard to come by (ESPECIALLY when you have HMO), and now that I've found one, I'm willing to stick with Dr. A. So why do I love, love, LOVE Dr. A's office? Let me count the ways...1.  price is very reasonable. My second to last dentist did an exam and said that the total cost after insurance to fix everything would come out to about 17K!!!! So I switched to the third dentist, hoping the cost would be lower. It was. He did an exam, too, and said the cost would be about 12K. Still kind of steep...That was in San Diego. Since then, I've moved home to SF and searched for a new dentist. I decided to try Dr. A. HIS treatment plan came out to be a bit less than 2K after insurance!! That's a huge difference! From 17K to 12K to less than 2K. The procedures outlined were very reasonable, and they didn't try to push unnecessary treatments. 2. The staff were friendly, sensitive, and professional. Linda's the best dental assistant ever. They really cared about me and reassured me, and they helped minimized my anxiety (and believe me, I was a nervous wreck). I've never experienced this kind of professional sensitivity with my previous dentists.3. the pain level was absolutely minimal!!! I was shocked when the novocaine shots didn't hurt. Seriously. They are just that good. They have superbly gentle hands, and the deep cleaning I had today went unbelievably smoothly and painlessly. This is compared to my previous dentist, who didn't numb me enough during the deep cleaning so that I literally felt the drill digging away at my gum (all the while it felt like a nightmare straight out of the movie Hostel). The resident who worked on me today (an Asian lady) did the procedure quickly, attentively, and painlessly. They are seriously skilled at what they do and their gentleness makes my previous dentists rough ogres.By the way, after being treated by my previous dentists, I would always walk out of the office feeling shaken, my jaws sore and seemingly dislocated. With Dr. A's resident dentist, I feel no pain or soreness afterward. It's as if I didn't get even get my gum scrubbed just five hours earlier!it also doesn't hurt that they have, IMO, the best decorated office of all the places I've been to. The decor is warm, colorful, and elegant. Just like its people.Two thumbs up. For this kind of quality service, I'm perfectly okay with the wait time (especially since I'm a teensy bit scared of dentists in general)

This update is long, long overdue. After my 1st visit I learned that I needed like 7 fillings. Oy Vey! Until that visit I had never gotten A filling much less 7. But that's what you get when you don't go to the Dentist. My last visit was in 02'.  Over the next 3-4 months I came in for all of my fillings + another teeth cleaning. I had Mouhannad Almajdalani DDS and another resident worked on my fillings. In the end I only needed 6 fillings. They charged me accordingly and were very good about their bill explanations whenever I had questions. If they went in and the cavity was smaller then what was shown in the x-ray then they charged me according to how much work they did. Pain wise I really didn't suffer. They were good about numbing me and constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfy. I think on my last visit Dr. Almajdalan was worried about the extent to which the cavity had spread. He was concerned about losing the tooth altogether. In the end he was able to save her and I am grateful. At the time when he was explaining all this (possibly losing my tooth) to me I was totally oblivious. It sunk in later and now I know why he upped the drug dosage on that visit. LOL. I can honestly say this office has been my favorite Dentist so far. In addition to all the hard work they put into the health of my teeth they also played up to my vanity. I consume caffeine like there is no tomorrow and they would give me a quickie clean & polish on most of my visits. Nice little perk. Not to mention the office is just so cute! Made me feel so sch-manshy everytime I dropped by. If you work over the Bridge their convenient location off of Van Ness will also save you traffic! Also with the exception of my 1st visit the appointment books seemed to be pretty open :)

Hands down, the best dentist I've ever been to.  Since I was a kid I've been in a dentist's chair several times a year for some reason or another (thanks mom and dad for your awesome genetics!).  I'd been petrified to set foot in a dental office do to painful experiences and poor care by previous dentists.  When I went to Dr. A for the first time I was all attitude and extremely defensive.  I was embarrassed of the state of my teeth and I didn't want another dentist to screw something up again.  Like a dog about to be adopted again to another home for the umpteenth time, I was reluctant to be nice and relax.  But Dr. A and his staff were (and still are) so very patient with me.  Took me in as a patient with such great care.He provides the most thorough and pain free care of any dentist I've been to, (he's done amazing crown/reconstructive work). I have recommended him to anyone who needs a dentist and each one of them have been happy with his work and grateful for the recommendation.  Dr. Almajdalani is extremely talented, thorough, humble, patient, and understanding.

I have been seeing Dr. Nad for years.  I have been going to both the Daly City office and the San Francisco office.  I refer all my friends and family there.  The staff is wonderful.  I love them!!  They have made me, fmy family, my coworkers and freinds feel like family and honored guests in their office.  The dentists are very sensitive to my needs -- always makes sure I am comfortable and welcomes questions, concerns -- genuinely friendly people.  My dental work is now done after years of self neglect due to caring for other people  -- I always put myself last.. but now, I can smile confidently because of the wonderful job that Dr. Nad and his team of dentists have done, they have made a difference in how I feel and I smile a lot more now.. I am so grateful to Dr. Nad and his team of professionals that again, feel more like friends/family to me!

well my experience with this office has been wonderful! The doctor and staff are very friendly! You might have to wait to get an appt but it's worth it! Dr Al-Majdalani is a great dentist and really takes his time with each patient to try to get to know them and fine the best treatment plan for each individual patient. Maybe thats why the 1st appointment is only x-rays and exam. Just remember this dentist might not be for you if you want sloppy and rushed dental work! Some people no matter where they go can not be pleased

Great staff.  All very nice and friendly and really took the effort to make me comfortable and satisfied with my dental needs.  I actually felt a little bit nervous first coming here because this was the first time I was going to a dentist in years, let alone having to find one on my own.  But thanks to Yelp, I was able to make my decision and use my lowly provided dental insurance.  The equipment is all very up to date as well.  When I first walked in, I thought it was too impressive even because of the insurance i had.  but luckily, it was a great place.  Parking isn't so bad either as long as you know where to look for it.  But i would imagine that the problem with this place is having to plan far in advance for appointments since they open a limited time during each month.  I feel confident this place will help me keep my teeth healthy and clean.  P.S.  whoever said they don't provide a cleaning on the first visit is wrong, because i got a cleaning.  maybe that yelper didn't have time or was already cleaned recently.

It's difficult to find a new dentist in a city. But I had a cavity that I needed to get filled, and one can only wait so long. I looked on my insurance company's website for dentists in the area.  Dr. Almajdalani was close by, and I took a chance.I wast lucky. Not only was he skilled, but the practice has state of the art equipment, and was quite clean as well. I've been back a few times, and I'm pleased to say he's my dentist now.

Dr. Mouhannad Almajdalani knows how to put you at ease in his fancy new 2nd office in the Marina.  The first is in Daly City.The office is equipped with comfortable dental chairs, new state-of-the art equipment and a staff that is always friendly, professional, and smiling.If you're looking for a good dentist with a great sense of humor and who knows how to put you at ease, I highly recommend this dental office.Update:  You can park next door in the hotel/motel parking lot.  The dental office has made arrangements for a few parking spots there for patients.

I have something gross to admit. Before going to the Center of Cosmetic Dentistry I had only been to the dentist once in my entire life. Once. So upon my initial visit I was afraid that Dr. Mouhannad was going to tell me that all my teeth were worthless and I was going to be fitted for dentures at 23. Thankfully all I had were a couple cavities and needed some fillings. He sensed the panic and certainly saw the red in my face as he approached me with xrays and various machinery. Gave me a minute to cool down and collect my wits. I've had a few cavities filled and they do an amazing job. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I was totally dentist-phobic, but now I can hack it.
